Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping/tracking details where available.

Delivery times may very depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Deliveries to remote areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Any applicable delivery charges depend on your location and order details.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through your phone number or email. You can use the tracking number to check your parcel's delivery status.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos/videos of the parcel and products to investigate the issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. So Customer will pay delivery chargers.
